Updated 27 February 2023. 169 information for confirming identity (i.e., authentication and verification purposes) and for determining eligibility of individuals for government programs.506 Accurate means careful, precise, lacking errors.507 Inaccurate information means wrong, incomplete, or misleading information or information that does not reflect the truth.508 Complete means including every item or element, without omissions or deficiencies; not lacking in any element or particular. Information is complete when all the information necessary for the administrative purpose, and only the information necessary, is used.509 FOIP does not define the phrase “reasonably possible”.
