Subsection 29(2)(f) Disclosure of personal information 29(2) Subject to any other Act or regulation, personal information in the possession or under the control of a government institution may be disclosed: … (f) for the purpose of locating an individual in order to: (i) collect a debt owing to the Crown in right of Saskatchewan or to a government institution by that individual; or (ii) make a payment owing to that individual by the Crown in right of Saskatchewan or by a government institution; Subsection 29(2)(f) of FOIP provides that a government institution can disclose personal information without consent for the purpose of locating an individual to collect a debt owed to the government institution or the Government of Saskatchewan or for the government institution or Government of Saskatchewan to make a payment owed to the individual.
