Subsection 29(2)(f)(ii) Disclosure of personal information 29(2) Subject to any other Act or regulation, personal information in the possession or under the control of a government institution may be disclosed: … (f) for the purpose of locating an individual in order to: … (ii) make a payment owing to that individual by the Crown in right of Saskatchewan or by a government institution; Subsection 29(2)(f)(ii) of FOIP permits a government institution to disclose the personal information of an individual without consent if the purpose for the disclosure is to locate them to pay them an amount owed to them by the Government of Saskatchewan or a government institution.
