In Review Report F-2013-006, the Commissioner found that information pertaining to an individual’s assets lost and the value of the assets qualified as the individual’s assets. As such, it constituted the individual’s personal information pursuant to subsection 24(1)(j) of FOIP. In Investigation Report 072-2014, the Commissioner found that, the balance owing on a complainant’s Saskatchewan Telecommunications cell phone account qualified as the complainant’s liabilities.
