Providing supporting evidence is helpful, such as emails or other documents that show the likelihood of the existence of the record requested. Reasons why the fee is too high If a fee was charged, reasons why you think the fee was too high. For example, perhaps the number of records calculated by the public body/trustee is not what was requested.
